The five Saxon universities of applied sciences in Dresden, Leipzig, Mittweida, Zittau/Görlitz and Zwickau are looking back on their 30th anniversary this year. Together with members, supporters of the universities and social stakeholders, this anniversary will be celebrated with a ceremony at the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater in Zittau on June 10, 2022.
Guests can expect speeches from the Federal Minister of Education and Research, Bettina Stark-Watzinger, and the Prime Minister of Saxony, Michael Kretschmer, as well as interesting discussions. A trinational cultural program will round off the event. The ceremony will be hosted by Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences students Carolin Renner and Cornelius Baier.

Following the ceremony, Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences invites you to the After Work & Study Party on the Zittau campus. From 15:00, guests, students and staff can start the weekend with DJ music, cocktails and delicious snacks.
