2nd LaNDER³ partnership meeting

The 2nd LaNDER³ partnership meeting will focus on new trends and current developments in the field of natural fiber reinforced plastics (NFRP). The venue is the new interdisciplinary research technology center of the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences - the LaNDER³ Hall in Zittau.

Scientists from the HSZG will present the current status of their projects as well as solutions for the resource-efficient and competitive processing and recycling of NFRP. Poster contributions will provide new impulses. Two speakers will shed light on current issues in the field of bioplastics and natural fiber composites.

Together with our partner companies, we would like to strengthen our close interdisciplinary cooperation and open up new areas of application for sustainable and lightweight materials.

In addition to the specialist presentations, all partners will have the opportunity to learn about the production life cycle from fiber and coupled energy generation to the conditioning of natural fibers, the production of NFRP components, recycling and reuse, as well as to drive new SME projects.

Afterwards, we invite all partners to discuss and debate additive manufacturing and the circular economy in depth with representatives from various research and industry sectors at the AMiCE info session.
