The program to promote the recruitment and development of professorial staff at universities of applied sciences supports them in the introduction and expansion of structurally effective instruments for the recruitment of academic excellence, increases their visibility and attractiveness as employers and increases equal opportunities, diversity and the compatibility of career and family.
As part of the project, the Department of Production Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is looking for a person with an interest in an academic career whose qualifications do not fully meet the requirements for appointment eligibility. The scope of duties can be individually adapted to generate a focus on research activities or teaching experience, for example. The position includes the following tasks in particular:

If the personal requirements are met, remuneration will be paid up to pay group 13 TV-L. Applicants (m/f/d) who do not yet have the required academic degree at the time of recruitment may be considered if it is sufficiently clear that this will be achieved in the near future and the other requirements of the job profile are met.
