Especially because here in Romania the chances of such a parcel reaching its rightful recipient are pretty slim. The only time I had such extremely strong feelings for a filled cardboard box was when my mother sent me a huge birthday package (including a candle and blanket for the birthday table) for my birthday shortly after I came to Görlitz. It's small and heavy and comes from Berlin. I'm imagining sugar-sweet letters and delicious surprises. But I enjoy the joy as anticipation and wait half a day to open it.
