The first regional working meeting for the prevention of emergencies in libraries, museums and archives and for mutual support in emergencies took place on November 30, 2011 at the University Library in Zittau. The aim of the participating institutions is to have a preventative effect and to optimize the protection of the cultural assets of the participating institutions. To this end, emergency plans are drawn up and coordinated, resources are recorded and mutual availability is organized.

The next meeting will take place on 18.04.2012.
