Dear users of the university network,

Due to preparatory work on the network components for the planned conversion of the telecommunications system for telephoning via the data network (VoIP / Voice over IP), there will be outages of the central network services (mail, web, file service, administrative applications) and access to the Internet at the Görlitz site on Friday, 24.07.2015 between 12:00 and probably 18:00.

On 31.07.2015 between 12:00 and presumably 18:00 , both locations and the IHI will be affected by an outage. Here too, central network components will be upgraded as part of the planned conversion of the telecommunications system, meaning that the use of central network services (mail, web, file service, administration applications) and access to the internet will not be possible.

Update:

There will be outages at the Görlitz site in the 31st week in the following order:

Monday, 27.07. from 9 a.m. House G1 and from 3 p.m. House G5 (HSB)
Tuesday, 28.07. from 9 a.m. House G4 and Parkstrasse
Wednesday, 29.07. House G3 (Obermarkt)

Update 2:

At the Zittau site, there will be outages in the following order:

32nd calendar week:

Monday, 03.08. from 9 am House Z4 (complete)
Tuesday, 04.08. from 9 am House Z4a and teaching building
Wednesday, 05.08. from 9 am Power plant laboratory and ETK
Thursday, 06.08. from 9 am House Z9 and from 12 pm House Z10 (HSB and student services)

33rd calendar week:

Monday, 10.08. from 9 a.m. House Z7 incl. halls
Tuesday, 11.08. from 9 a.m. House Z7 incl. halls
