We want to achieve two goals with this experimental workshop. On the one hand, we want to establish a network of trainers in Eastern Saxony that is committed to the sustainable development of private and public organizations. To this end, we will offer trainer workshops that will focus on different areas and also serve to get to know each other and network.
With this workshop, we are continuing our research paper ("Train by train - a new coaching approach?"), in which we combine psychodrama approaches with the "train by train" theater method. Based on Friedemann Schulz von Thun's model of the inner team, we want to examine whether intrapersonal conflicts, their "actors" and "antipodes" can be portrayed, played and worked on in this way. In addition to the psychodrama expert Dr. Falko von Ameln and the theater director Andreas Neu, we have been able to engage the Hamburg psychologist and author Karl Benien for this workshop, who will contribute his many years of experience as a trainer, consultant and therapist to the experimental set-up. The event is being held in cooperation with the KIB Institute Görlitz and WTT e. V. Zittau.

Costs: 190 Euro workshop fee including conference rates (lunch, dinner and seminar drinks). Plus 52.50 euros per overnight stay if required.
Accommodation costs will be covered for students. The workshop fee is 90 euros. As the target group for this workshop is trainers and consultants, only a limited number of students can be admitted!
