A special experience awaits the participants of this year's Summer School: leading yourself and others - but also allowing yourself to be led! Over five consecutive days, a maximum of 16 participants will get out of their everyday lives, out of their comfort zone and push themselves to their personal limits. This means working in changing teams, constantly facing new challenges and reflecting on, questioning and adapting your own behavior. Theoretical inputs are immediately put into practice, reviewed and reflected upon. The Karkonosze Training Camp is for all those who have the courage to question and try things out and who enjoy being out in nature.
All participants take the KODE® test beforehand. This competence assessment procedure provides information about which skills are particularly good in the respective test person and where there is still potential for development. The entire process is accompanied by a feedback procedure supervised by the trainers present, which focuses in particular on the individual's self-development skills (e.g. personal responsibility, decision-making ability, openness to change, resilience, etc.).
This allows everyone to individually assess their own prerequisites, actions and potential and contribute to their own further development.
In addition, there is a lot of fun, interesting people, a phenomenal environment with a fantastic view from the terrace at an altitude of over seven hundred meters. Last but not least, of course, the hospitality and cosmopolitan cuisine of the two hosts of Dom Parada, Beata and Grzegorsz. Just do it!
The accommodation costs for the participants will be covered by the Makroeigenschaften/Match 3 project. For full board, a contribution of 16 euros per day (64 euros in total) must be paid directly on site.
