From the very first moment, it was clear that this event was going to be something special. Our guests were not only greeted with warm drinks from the Büttner coffee roasting company, but also with welcome packs containing name badges, compliment cards and a personalized bucket list for the event.

The Dean of our faculty, Mr. Maiwald, opened the event with a motivating speech. Afterwards, our moderator duo Luzie and Lukas provided the first laughs with an interactive ice-breaker and brought the guests closer together.

The event was filled with a variety of workshops that offered something for everyone:

• In the creative workshop, participants transformed their ideas into art with screen printing.
• The poetry slam workshop opened a window into the world of creative writing.
• The Barmer body analysis offered insights into health and well-being, while the Juvigo workshop strengthened self-confidence in management.

No one was left behind in the escape room, and the studio became a space where interactive walls invited creative expression. The table football provided an additional opportunity to socialize.

The vegan dinner and especially the chocolate mousse delighted everyone present. Our cultural program, supported by the diverse contributions of the degree programs, further enriched the evening and culminated in the joint performance of the hit song "YMCA".

This event would not have been possible without the support of partners such as Kühlhaus, Lausitz Matrix and Obermühle, as well as the informative workshops by Juvigo and Barmer. Special thanks also go to our faculty and the FSR as well as all participants who made this evening unforgettable.

The overwhelmingly positive feedback and new connections made during the event laid the foundation for future events. We look back proudly on a successful 'House of Managers' and look forward to what is yet to come.
