The job holder (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:

• Network development - coordination of the sub-school network "Digital Schools Saxony" in the region of Eastern Saxony
  o Arranging and maintaining contacts for schools with potential cooperation partners,
  o Involvement of regional stakeholders,
  o Identifies training needs of the teaching staff involved as part of the network work,
• Professional support
  o Individual content-related and pedagogical support for schools in the implementation and further development of their school programs,
  o Identification of training needs,
  o Implementation of scientific monitoring,
• Public relations
  o Preparation of press articles,
  o Provision of information texts, graphics for the website and information material.

The following knowledge and skills are required

• Completed university degree in communications, public relations, media studies or a similar field,
• Experience in public relations, in particular knowledge in the creation of press relations, information material and web content,
• Creativity, graphic design skills and knowledge of the use of appropriate software tools,
• Knowledge of school programs, educational projects and cooperation in the field of education,
• Familiarity with regional stakeholders, networks and potential cooperation partners in the education sector,
• reflective and analytical skills to identify training needs for educational staff,
• Supervision and professional consulting skills,
• Experience in scientific monitoring and evaluation of educational projects,
• Experience in the creation of self-learning videos.

• Professional experience in higher education,
