It was time to say goodbye at the end of October 2015. Cathleen Nebrich, who had been responsible for quality, education and innovation for many years, left LTV SACHSEN.
Mandy Eibenstein has taken her place. She is now coordinating the Quality, Education & Innovation department and is available to answer technical questions competently and reliably.
Born in Bad Schandau, she prevailed against strong competitors. She impressed with her expertise, strategic thinking and likeability.
Mandy Eibenstein completed a Master's degree in Tourism at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. In her Master's thesis, she dealt with the topic of QualityCity as part of the nationwide ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative and examined perspectives for its further development. Thanks to a twelve-month trainee program at LTV SACHSEN, she is familiar with the challenges and tourism structures in Saxony.
