Parallel to the installation of new multifunctional devices with (public) or without card readers (in secretariats, faculties, institutes...) by the Technical Administration, the HRZ is introducing a new central iPrint printing system.

This will gradually replace the central printing systems used to date.

The "new" iPrint can be used from Windows and MacOS workstations as well as from mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android).

In principle, all network-compatible printers can be integrated into the system and made usable. Specific authorizations can be assigned in the system so that only authorized users can print to the individual printers.
