From 01.03.2013 the WLAN "HS-ZIGR WEB" is no longer available, instead there is a WLAN "HSZG_WEB", with which only internal university websites and the education portal can be accessed.

For unrestricted and encrypted access to the Internet and all university services, please use the WLAN "eduroam" from now on .

For all new "eduroam" users of the university and IHI-Zittau, a simple setup via configuration wizard is now also possible.

Furthermore, no old 802.11b clients ( only 802.11a/g/n clients) and only encryption via WPA2/AES are supported for eduroam.
