The HSB would like to inform you that the study "Mapping and Description of Open Access Services in Germany" commissioned by the Alliance of Science Organizations was published on 8 May 2024. This study presents an inventory of publicly funded, science-led open access services and infrastructures in Germany. It examines the respective services, their use, the associated costs and the underlying financing models. The challenges associated with the services and their international connectivity are also examined. In addition, the systematic need for further services in this context will be analyzed.
