CINAHL with Full Text is the electronic form of the Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature. The database, which comprises 2.9 million data records, analyzes almost all English-language nursing journals, the publications of the American Nurses' Association and the National League for Nursing. It thus covers a comprehensive range of health and nursing science topics - from nursing to biomedicine, alternative medicine and naturopathy to other related health disciplines. Primarily 1,300 journals are searched, but also books on healthcare, dissertations in the field of nursing, selected conference proceedings, standards for practice, educational software and audiovisual media.
