On 17 and 21 September 2020, the data network of the HSZG's new premises in the Mandauhöfe Zittau and Wilhelmsplatz Görlitz was connected to the university network with a bandwidth of 1 gigabit/s.

This means that Saxony5 and computer science researchers now have fast internet and WiFi access on site.
