To mark Dies Academicus and under the heading "New media in educational work", the Faculty of Social Sciences is organizing the Media Education Day on 01.06.2016.
In cooperation with the Landesfilmdienst Sachsen für Jugend und Erwachsenenbildung e.V., the workshops "Identity formation at primary school age - actively shaping media history with smartphones, tablets and co." and "The fascination of social networks, communities and messengers - methods of pedagogical prevention" will be offered.
The first workshop includes methods for younger children in nurseries and after-school care, the second workshop methods for older children and young people.
Registration for the Media Education Day is via OPAL or Mr. Möldner, Faculty of Social Sciences.
