"Why did I actually choose Romania? Why so far away and not just in tranquil Wrozlaw? I could be in Dresden or back home from there in no time at all." I often asked myself these questions and then always had to discard them. I even had an appointment with my Contact Person at the International Office of the university, where I obviously said that I was really unmotivated to go abroad, that I felt too old for Erasmus and whether there was any chance of getting out of it. Surprisingly, I was even met with understanding. However, I was only told: "Well, only if you get pregnant will you miss out on the compulsory semester abroad." Ha, well, that's really not on my agenda at the moment, and I'm a bit annoyed about my comfort and unwillingness to do the semester abroad. I'm actually sure that it will be a good time that will bring me a lot of new input. So let's grit our teeth and off we go to Cluj!
