Master's course in International Tourism Management starts with a new module in the summer semester 2021
International Development Cooperation is the completely new module in the curriculum of the International Tourism Management Master's course. The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the basics of international development cooperation, its international actors, political contexts, and factors that promote and hinder development. Working on case studies plays an important role in this. Game-based learning in the form of a simulation game is intended to put the students themselves in the role of decision-makers.
We are delighted to be able to design this module together with the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. Thanks to the staff for their commitment! Every Tuesday, the students meet with experts from the Ministry to discuss a wide range of topics relating to development cooperation.
