In order to develop a business concept, it is necessary to segment the heterogeneous overall market of a business field into several homogeneous submarkets. In this workshop, you will learn how to develop and analyze relevant market segments based on your business idea.
You will become familiar with important aspects of location, customer and competition analysis and will be able to develop a viable business model and a promising marketing concept on this basis during individual coaching and in the workshops offered.
