The position involves conducting classes / courses to prepare mainly foreign applicants (m/f/d) for the assessment test for university admission in the subjects of economics and business administration on the basis of § 78 of the Law on Universities in the Free State of Saxony (SächsHSG). In addition, cooperation in academic self-administration is expected.

The following knowledge and skills are required

• a university degree in the field of economics,
• pedagogical and didactic skills in teaching,
• teaching experience and enthusiasm,
• very good knowledge of the German language,
• experience in conducting classes / courses with foreign students and
• intercultural competence and sensitivity in dealing with foreign applicants.

The following are also desirable

• University didactic knowledge and experience,
• knowledge of university-related structures and processes and
• other applicable language skills, especially in English.
