Information on the library card for non-residents

Today we would like to inform external users of the library that the introduction of a new payment system at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences will also affect their library card. If the cash function of the library card has not yet been used, then nothing needs to be done. The library card issued is still valid.

However, if the cash function has been used (e.g. to pay for copies, interlibrary loan or overdue fines), please read the enclosed information carefully. A credit note must be requested for any existing credit by December 20, 2013.
