Until October 25, 2018, the journal SMR - Journal of Service Management Research, which covers topics in the service sector, is accessible.
The journal SMR covers the topic of service management in the areas of finance, IT, accounting, human resources, logistics, production and marketing.
The journal is published quarterly. Two issues with English-language articles are currently available.
