The Helpdesk of the University Data Centre offers customer support and advice in the University Library.
Every Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Görlitz and every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Zittau, this advisory service is open to students in particular (not during non-teaching times).
Your questions, e.g. about the university's network services, WLAN/eduroam, VPN, e-mail or the printing service, will be answered competently.
