The Helpdesk of the University Data Centre offers customer support and advice in the University Library.

This advice service is open to students in particular every Thursday from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm in Görlitz and every Wednesday from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm in Zittau (not during non-teaching times).

Your questions, e.g. about the university's network services, WLAN/eduroam, VPN, e-mail or the printing service, will be answered competently.
