On 21.04.2018, as part of the central graduation ceremony, Ms. Daniel Ahrens was presented with the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences Teaching Award in front of around 470 guests.
The teaching award recognizes her many years of above-average commitment and outstanding achievements in teaching.
Ms. Daniela Ahrens is a member of the Faculty of Social Sciences and a lecturer on the Social Work course. Through her very clear teaching, she succeeds in inspiring students for social work topics and encouraging and challenging them.
Ms. Ahrens is held in very high esteem by colleagues and students at the faculty for her commitment to teaching and practical guidance.
The Faculty would like to congratulate Ms. Ahrens on her teaching award and wishes her continued enjoyment and success in her work with students.
