The University Data Centre offers customer support and advice:

Görlitz in the HRZ office G II / 0.72; every Thursday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Zittau in the University Library Z X; every Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The advisory service is primarily open to students (not at times when there are no lectures). Your questions, e.g. about the university's network services, WLAN/eduroam, VPN, e-mail or the printing service, will be answered competently.
