Which target group am I entering the market with? What is their problem and with which strategic partners can I solve these problems? Methods such as Business Model Canvas (a nine-step matrix for describing business models) and Empathy Map (What makes your target customer tick?) are used to visualize your business idea in 2D. Particularly in combination with the Lego Serious Play method, individual aspects can sometimes be visualized more quickly in 3D. Calculation systems can be developed on the basis of these models and thus the financial planning of a business plan can be designed.
