Since January 2023, the ESF-Nachwuchsforschungsgruppe FioKo "Frauenförderung durch individuelle und organisationale Kompetenzen in Bildung und Beruf (MINT)" has been researching the underrepresentation of women in STEM careers and degree programs.

The closing event took place in Dresden on November 7, to which both current and former members of the junior research group, as well as the participating professors and members of the project advisory board, were invited. Prof. Rolf Koerber (project manager TU Dresden) and Prof. Swantje Rother (chancellor of HTWK Leipzig, chair of the project advisory board) gave welcoming speeches, and the researchers presented the project results. The event concluded with a small buffet for informal discussion and networking.

In addition to the scientific publications, produced as part of the project, the results have also been published in a brochure.
