When we talk about founders, we are referring to either tradespeople or freelancers. In principle, setting up a business in the liberal professions is no different from setting up a business
. Every business founder has to deal with the classic questions of a business plan: What product or service is to be offered? Who are the customers? For a freelancer, the most important characteristic is the close link between personal training and professional self-employment. However, depending on whether you belong to the trade or the liberal professions, this has an impact on the formalities involved in setting up a business and the legal forms that are available. In addition, there are special conditions for freelancers regarding access to the profession, practicing the profession and retirement provision. The seminar deals with these and other issues relating to setting up a freelance business.
