The author Mira Lobe, who was born in Görlitz on September 17, 1914, was a well-known children's book author. To mark the 100th anniversary of her birth, a symposium will be held at the Silesian Museum from September 13 to 14, 2013.

The University Library in Görlitz is taking this anniversary as an opportunity to present Mira Lobe's books in a small special exhibition. The special thing about it is that the books on display can not only be viewed, but also borrowed.
