During the shutdown and lecture-free period at the turn of the year (24.12.2018 - 01.01.2019), the university's data communication network and the central services of the HRZ will remain in operation. However, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. In the event of disruptions, we will only respond if there is an immediate need for action, e.g. for email distribution and to limit damage in the event of disasters. In urgent cases, users can send an e-mail with a concise description of the problem to hrz-service(at)hszg.de. Current information on problems that arise is published on the HRZ website under the heading "HRZ News".
