The Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, division of Human Resources Administration & Law, is offering three apprenticeship positions as part of the KIA (sandwich-style) degree course, starting September 1, 2027:

The dual study program allows students to combine practical training and theoretical coursework at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences “under one roof.” The goals of this alternating model of theory and practice are to earn a skilled worker certification after two and a half years, followed by a university degree after an additional two or two and a half years (Bachelor’s or Diplom).
We offer:
- a qualified and high-quality education,
- instruction in interdisciplinary fundamentals and skills,
- participation in additional practical training courses and the KIA supplemental certifications,
- a training stipend in accordance with the TV-L collective bargaining agreement.
In addition to a general university entrance qualification or an entrance qualification for admission to a university of applied sciences, the following are required:
- An interest in tackling technical problems, developing solutions, and implementing them in practice
- Ability to work in a team,
- creativity and innovation,
- an interest in the natural sciences,
- the intellectual flexibility to integrate theory with practice.
