Registration for the school-university

Dear students,

In order to plan the individual dates of the Student University, to issue a certificate of participation and to be able to contact you in advance for each date or in case of last-minute changes, we need some personal data from you.

Your names and e-mail addresses will be deleted at the end of the year in which the certificate was issued. For statistical purposes, we keep information on gender, school of origin and the number of participants for each individual date anonymized indefinitely.

You and your parents can request to view, correct or delete the data concerning you at any time and revoke your consent in writing at any time. We would like to point out that a revocation is only ever valid for the planned dissemination following the revocation.

I hereby confirm that I and my parents have read the privacy policy, that I have asked my parents if I may provide my name, e-mail address, school and grade level when registering for the Student University on Saturday and that my parents have given their consent.

Consent to data processing

I agree that the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences may use the data provided by me to contact me, to communicate with me, to process my request and to obtain my feedback on the event.
