The position includes the following tasks in particular:

• Independent research and development on topics in the field of fiber reinforcement of additively manufactured plastic structures,
• Development of scientific test plans,
• Implementation or supervision of tests for the production and analysis of fiber-reinforced additively manufactured plastic structures,
• Development of test rigs and system components as well as coordination of their production and commissioning,
• Attendance at international specialist events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.) for scientific exchange and publication of research results,
• Permanent coordination and close collaboration with cooperation partners from industry and science.

The following knowledge and skills are required

• Scientific university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Natural Sciences,

• Practical experience in the field of fiber-reinforced plastics and additive manufacturing,

• Confident in the planning and independent implementation of research projects.
