Lecture evening on insulation measures for half-timbered houses

<p>The event was hosted by the Umgebindehaus Information Center at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. </p>

On May 23, builders, planners and Umgebindehaus enthusiasts met for a lecture evening on the topic of thermal insulation in Umgebindehäuser. The event was hosted by the Umgebindehaus Information Center at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. The lecture hall was well filled and the host, Prof. Thomas Worbs, welcomed around 70 interested participants. The organizers would like to thank the lecturers Dipl.-Ök. Ralf Felgenträger, Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Illner and Dr.-Ing. Liane Vogel as well as all the listeners for the interesting discussions and the exchange of experiences.

 

Prof. Worbs und Dr. Vogel konnten ca. 70 interessierte Teilnehmer begrüßen.

The series of annual lecture evenings, which began in May 2017 on the topic of heating systems in the Umgebindehaus, will be continued in May 2019. The lecture topics will be selected from suggestions made by the participants.
