"The pattern that connects"

This is the motto of the first systemic symposium on 16.06. and training day on 17.06. in Görlitz.

In June, the 1st systemic symposium on 16.06. and training day on 17.06. will take place at the Görlitz campus under the motto The pattern that connects . One reason for this is the long-standing and successful cooperation with the Institute for Systemic Work ISA Chemnitz. Specialists and managers from social professions have been completing the systemic certificate courses at the HSZG for over 10 years.

Special guests at the symposium will be Wilma Weiß and Anja Sauerer, who enjoy a nationwide reputation in the field of curative education and trauma pedagogy.

Afterwards, participants can deepen their own expertise in workshops led by lecturers with specialist and/or research experience.

The workshop topics on offer are:

  • "Systemic perspectives in pedagogical group work - 'team counseling' with classes as an intervention strategy"
  • "Communication patterns that connect - communication in social institutions"
  • "Systemic aggression management"
  • "Methods of good self-care"
  • "Why do young people tick differently today than in the past?"
  • "What does power do in crèches, kindergartens, after-school care and schools?"

There will be a "business card party" with culinary delights on the evening of the day.

One-day professional development courses can be attended onthe Saturday of the training day. There are four different topics to choose from, which will take place if there is sufficient demand:

  • "Creative techniques and tools for systemic counseling - useful things for your own toolbox"
  • "Systemic solution-oriented play therapy"
  • "Methodological training for self-care"
  • Diversity and prejudice awareness: "All children are equal & all children are special."

The specialist and further training day is aimed at interested professionals, including systemic counselors, systemic therapists / family therapists; systemic educators; systemic coaches and supervisors; trauma educators / trauma consultants.
