a part-time position (20 hours/week) as a

Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)

- Reference: 44-2024 Lab FGHST -

for a fixed term ending September 30, 2024.

 

 

The person in this position will be responsible, in particular, for the following tasks:

  • Setting up a test bench according to specifications
  • Developing and implementing the control algorithm
  • Documenting the setup and
  • Presenting and discussing the results at expert meetings (conferences)

The following knowledge and skills are required

  • Completed training as a mechatronics technician,
  • Experience in compiling technical test and experimental reports,
  • written and spoken German and/or English (B2 level).

In addition, the following are desirable:

  • experience using MS Office, as well as
  • knowledge of LabVIEW and Python.

Further information

Salary is based on pay grade 7 of the TV-L collective bargaining agreement, provided the candidate meets the personal qualifications. The primary place of work is Zittau.
