Get the Germany Scholarship!

The application period for the highly sought-after scholarship at HSZG runs through July 14—apply now!

Do you want to focus on your studies without distractions, but feel the financial pressure is too much? Do you volunteer, serve on student committees, celebrate personal achievements in sports or the arts, or would you like to see your social commitment recognized? Then pay attention!

Students at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences can apply now through July 14, 2025, for the Deutschlandstipendium . This nationally established funding program supports high-achieving and committed students with 300 euros per month—half of which is funded by the federal government and half by private sponsors from the region.

Commitments have already been made to support students at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences for the 2025–2026 academic year through the co-funding of one or more Germany Scholarships.

Who is eligible to submit an application?

The Germany Scholarship is open to students in all fields of study—whether they are in their first academic semester or a later academic semester. In addition to good academic performance, social engagement, special personal or family circumstances, and educational backgrounds marked by challenges are also taken into account. Prospective first-semester students who have been admitted for the 2025–26 winter semester are also warmly invited to submit an application.
