On July 10, 2015, the graduation ceremony for the Polish, Czech, and German graduates, as well as the graduate from Venezuela, of the trinational English-language 
Bachelor’s program in “Information and Communication Management” as part of the Neisse University international network, in the presence of official representatives from the three participating institutions, as well as guests and parents.
This event, which has now become a cherished tradition of the Neisse University international educational consortium, highlights the great importance of cross-border cooperation in the Germany/Poland/Czech Republic border region. This project, carried out by the Technical University of Liberec, the Technical University of Wrocław, and Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, has once again proven its conceptual viability.
To implement the principle of equality, the program was held on a rotating basis, with each year taking place at
- the Technical University of Liberec (Czech Republic),
- the Technical University of Wrocław (Poland), and
- Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences (Germany).
The modular structure of the program ensures close integration of the course content. It combines applied computer science, economics, and communication psychology with issues of intercultural education, thereby guaranteeing a high degree of flexibility in the career paths of graduates of this program.
This trinational educational partnership has contributed—and continues to contribute—to the creation of a European education market in the Neisse–Nisa–Nysa Euroregion. This project serves to deepen cooperation within the Euroregion, both among the universities and between the universities and the business community. The program excellently prepares graduates for the expanding EU labor market. Internationally as well, this educational network is on a growth trajectory and is continuously being developed.
