A Space for Encounters and Exchange
The ceremony gave the newly appointed faculty members the opportunity to engage in conversation with one another and build connections beyond the boundaries of their own faculties. In this way, the University underscores the importance of getting to know one another personally and networking as the foundation for good collaboration.
The diverse fields of expertise among the newly appointed faculty members highlight the breadth of topics covered at HSZG. With their expertise, these new colleagues bring fresh perspectives to teaching and research and strengthen the University in its role as a driving force in the region.
With this annual ceremony, the HSZG creates a setting to welcome new colleagues and support their integration into the university community.
