Dr. Clemens Schneider is the new project manager at the Institute for Process Engineering, Process Automation, and Measurement Technology (IPM) at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences.

In this role, he has been supporting the department heads at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences’ largest research institute since May 1, 2017, assisting with project acquisition, organizing interdisciplinary tasks, representing the institute both internally and externally, and supporting the institute director.

Dr. Schneider has been with the institute since 2009 and has thus gained extensive knowledge and experience in scientific, organizational, and Business Administration areas. In addition to his role as the new project manager, Dr. Schneider serves as a postdoctoral researcher and spokesperson for the doctoral students within the Graduate College “New Systems for Resource Conservation.”
