The research landscape at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences is characterized by three main areas of focus:

Energy and the environment,

Transformation Processes in the Economy and Society,

Materials – Structures – Surfaces.

These areas of focus are also reflected in the publications available in the databases licensed by the University Library. Access is available via the Electronic Media website. The following resources are particularly noteworthy there: ACS, Ebsco, de Gruyter, Hanser, IEEE, IOP, ScienceDirect, SciFinder, Scopus, Springer, Wiley, Wiso, and WTI.

This year and last year, for example, the following publications were produced, providing an overview of the diversity of work being done in the faculties and institutes. The full texts are accessible only from the University Library or via VPN using a student or staff login.
