Nature and purpose of data processing

Purpose of processing: AI-supported transcription of meetings, workshops, sessions and events.

Legal basis: Consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Storage duration

The audio recordings processed as part of the AI-supported transcription are generally stored for a maximum of 90 days and then deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons for longer storage.

Recipients

SpeechMind GmbH, Andreas-Schubert-Straße 23, 01069 Dresden, Germany, is used as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to carry out the AI-supported transcription (Speechmind).

The data is processed exclusively within the European Union. Data is not transferred to third countries.

Rights of the data subjects

As a person affected by the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights if the legal requirements are met.

  • You have the right to information about the processing of your personal data(Art. 15 GDPR).
  • You have the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you(Art. 16 GDPR)
  • You have the right to erasure of your personal data(Art. 17 GDPR).
  • You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data(Art. 18 GDPR)
  • You have the right to data portability of your personal data(Art. 20 GDPR)
