The personal data is required for a differentiated analysis of the general conditions for newly appointed staff at the HSZG.
The evaluation results serve as the basis for the preparation of the "FH-Personal" project proposal.
Data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
The following categories of personal data are processed anonymously and for a specific purpose:
Personal details, advertisement and appointment procedure, application decision, work circumstances and living situation, fields of activity and fulfillment of tasks, attractiveness of the university as an employer
The evaluation results are made available internally to the FH Personal project team and the Rectorate and are incorporated into the project application.
Recipient: Funding body
The results will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
The duration of data storage depends on the project duration and will be deleted after the end of the project.
Due to the anonymous nature of the evaluation, it is not possible to identify the individual questionnaire. The aggregated evaluation results can be accessed.
The provision of personal data is not required by law in accordance with Art. 13 para. 2 lit. e GDPR. The evaluation results originate from the aggregation of personal data.
This processing activity does not involve automated decision-making or profiling in accordance with Art. 22 GDPR.
