Here's what you can expect

Whether it’s ADHD, high sensitivity, autism spectrum disorder, a DYS disorder, giftedness, or simply an unconventional way of thinking: Human brains are as diverse as our personalities. However, rigid, standardized processes often lead to sensory overload, misunderstandings, and, in the worst case, burnout.

The good news is: Everyone benefits from neuro-inclusive approaches and cognitive diversity—regardless of how their brain processes information. Because when we understand how different thinking styles work, we not only create a healthy work environment for ourselves but also break down barriers and resolve conflicts in our interactions with others.

After a brief, concise introduction to the topic of neurodiversity, we’ll work directly with a set of cards in this interactive workshop. This approach consistently examines every aspect through the lens of your character strengths:

  • Understanding Neurodiversity & Character Strengths: You’ll gain a clear overview of cognitive diversity and learn how to use unconventional ways of thinking—through your own character strengths—as a driver of innovation.
  • Resolving Pain Points at Work: With the help of the card set, you’ll identify typical stumbling blocks in your daily work—such as sensory overload, procrastination, or rigid structures—and understand why they arise.
  • Building Resilience & Preventing Burnout: You’ll explore the benefits of your character strengths and use the cards to develop sustainable strategies for regulating stimuli and practicing self-care.
  • Concrete Solutions for Daily Life & Interpersonal Relationships: The card set provides you with direct guidance and insights on how to handle these situations in a good way in the future.

The group sessions will be recorded and will be available for 3 days afterward.

Prerequisite for Participation

Since we’ll be working directly with your individual character strengths in this workshop, you must already know your Signature Strengths. If not, feel free to sign up for the workshop“What’s Inside You: Your Foundation for Greater Self-Efficacy”or the Summer School. Or schedule an individual appointment for your strengths coaching.
