The Upper Lusatian Energy Symposium addresses the challenges associated with structural change in the region and focuses on current issues every two years. It offers a platform for interdisciplinary exchange between the region's innovation drivers and for strengthening cooperation.
The Zittau Energy Seminar is an independent knowledge platform for energy suppliers, industrial companies, commercial, trade and service companies as well as decision-makers from local authorities, administrations and public institutions. Free from commercial interests, the practice-oriented seminar contributes to advancing the transformation of energy supply in the area of conflict between economic efficiency, environmental compatibility and security of supply.
Objective
The energy economics face major challenges: Climate change, increasing demand for renewable energies and ensuring an efficient and stable energy supply. At the same time, artificial intelligence (AI) opens up enormous opportunities to shape this transformation. AI can optimize complex energy systems, automate processes and increase efficiency - from energy supply to transmission and distribution. At this event, we are bringing together experts from industry, science and politics to discuss current developments in AI in the energy economics. Join us and shape the future of the energy industry!
