What you can expect

What does it take to turn a good idea into a real project? This workshop is about the basics of project management - from self-management methods to defining goals and scheduling your project/project. For all those who want to structure themselves clearly and implement their projects effectively, there will be an introduction to important methods and tools to help you do this.

Wilhelmine Buscha is an expert in the field of municipal consulting and citizen participation within the ENO Structural Change Task Force. She has been a permanent employee at the development company since September 2021, but before that she was already part of the team as a working student and parental leave substitute while studying.

The event is organized by our cooperation partner ahoj Görlitz. You can find all further information about the event on the ahoj website.

About the lecturer

Wilhelmine is from the northern part of the Görlitz district—specifically from Kaschel Gut, a small hamlet that belongs to the municipality of Boxberg. With so much nature right on her doorstep and the wonderful Bärwalder See, the question arose early on: Why don’t we actually make more of this enormous potential in our home region? She took this idea to heart and lives by it as a host and ambassador for our wonderful region. Wilhelmine decided to pursue a degree in tourism management, which she successfully completed in 2021 at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. In doing so, Görlitz won out over Wilhelmine’s alternative options of studying media design and becoming a teacher. She has dedicated herself to the goal of promoting our wonderful region and the Görlitz district and making them more attractive for residents and visitors alike.
