What does it take to turn a good idea into a real project? This workshop is about the basics of project management - from self-management methods to defining goals and scheduling your project/project. For all those who want to structure themselves clearly and implement their projects effectively, there will be an introduction to important methods and tools to help you do this.
Wilhelmine Buscha is an expert in the field of municipal consulting and citizen participation within the ENO Structural Change Task Force. She has been a permanent employee at the development company since September 2021, but before that she was already part of the team as a working student and parental leave substitute while studying.
The event is organized by our cooperation partner ahoj Görlitz. You can find all further information about the event on the ahoj website.
Wilhelmine comes from the northern part of the district of Görlitz, from Kaschel Gut to be precise, a small hamlet that belongs to the municipality of Boxberg. With lots of nature on her doorstep and the wonderful Bärwalder See lake, the question arose early on: Why don't we actually make more of this huge potential in our homeland? She internalized this idea and lives it as a host and ambassador for our wonderful region. Wilhelmine decided to study tourism management, which she successfully completed at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences in 2021. Görlitz had won out over Wilhelmine's alternatives of media design and teacher training. She has dedicated herself to the goal of promoting our wonderful region and the district of Görlitz and making it more attractive for residents and guests.
The language of the event is German.
