Meetup Business Idea Development with Design Thinking (online)

Over the course of seven consecutive meetups, we’d like to work together to develop and discuss ideas using design thinking methods.

The event is open to anyone interested in developing business ideas—whether you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, a corporate employee, or simply someone curious about enhancing your creative skills.

Ideally, you’ve already completed a Design Thinking workshop. In preparation for this, a workshop on business idea development will be held in cooperation with the Dresden Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Dresden) on March 31, 2023, and April 1, 2023.

Each meetup offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with other founders and entrepreneurs and to learn from one another. Over the course of the meetups, we’ll cover various topics, ranging from qualitative market analysis to defining customer needs, brainstorming, and business model development. We’ll also address current megatrends and developments in the startup scene.

• June 1, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. (Reflection – Business Model Development)
• June 8, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. (Patent & Trademark Law)
• June 15, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. (Patent & Trademark Law)
• June 22, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. (Business Model Innovation)

Participation in the event is free of charge; however, we ask that you register in advance.

With this workshop series, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to further develop your business idea and thereby improve your chances of receiving startup funding such as the InnoStartBonus, a technology startup grant, or an EXIST startup grant.

This series of workshops on business idea development is organized in collaboration with the Dresden Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Dresden), the Saxony Young Entrepreneurs, and other partners in the Saxony support network.
