This time you will gain insights into the L&T research project Innova.GEIST.

Lausitz stands for change. But what does this mean for those who are responsible for innovation today - in companies, projects and initiatives? The Innova.GEIST project has spent the last 1.5 years exploring how social and technological innovations are linked in Lausitz and what the region really needs for a sustainable innovation ecosystem. Formats such as Innovakeln and the card set Innova.QUEST card set - tried and tested as an invitation to dialog, orientation, positioning and thinking ahead together in the transition.

At L&T Connects, we would like to change perspectives with you:

• How does it feel to work on open questions - not in the mode of quick answers, but in the mode of productive search movement?
• What role does exchange across borders, disciplines and routines play?
• What does the joy of innovation mean if it does not lead to exhaustion, but is sustainable?
